Classes welcome all levels from beginners to advanced.
New to yoga - pick any Beginners, Gentle or Morning Flow class.
All classes welcome drop-ins. Preregistration is suggested. You may sign up 4 days in advance online.
Online scheduling is open 6am-9pm.
Please arrive 15 minutes early - the
doors are locked at class time.
Wear clothes you will be comfortable sweating in and
bring a bottle of water.
All classes are done in a heated room at
minimum temperature of 85 degrees and 50% humidity. The Hot Yoga (Hatha) & Hot Power Vinyasa classes are done at 88 degrees and 60% humidity.
Yoga mats and towels are provided
for free.

New students, age 18 and over, can try out the studio for 10 consecutive days. Take as many classes as you like and pay only $10. This allows you to experience the different classes and teachers. How many times you come during that 10 day period is at your own discretion. The offer expires 9 days after your first class.
