Hatha Yoga works to balance mind and body through physical postures (asanas), controlled breathing (pranayama), and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Asanas teach balance and build strength and are practiced to improve the body's physical health and clear the mind through focused breathing and meditation.
Vinyasa Yoga is one of the most commonly practiced styles in the West. The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." You move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Classes typically combine sun salutations and a series of standing postures to build heat in the body. This technique is sometimes called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that poses run together and become like a dance.
Yoga Fusion®:
Yoga Fusion blends elements of our Hatha | Hot Yoga, Core and Power Yoga classes. It encompasses the meditative and detoxifying qualities of Hatha | Hot Yoga with the intensity of Power Yoga. This class focuses on opening the shoulders, hips and spine as well as strengthening core and upper body using Yoga and Pilates. Set to energizing music, this class is fun, challenging and appeals to anyone who appreciates a healthy sweat.

Hatha Yoga | Hot Yoga | All Levels:
Open to all levels from beginner’s to the most advanced. Our Hatha | Hot Yoga class is a multi-leveled, invigorating class based on a standing and floor series of 26 postures performed in a precise order in a heated room. This class systematically works the entire body, toning your muscles, promoting weight loss, reducing stress, and increasing your overall vitality. A stretching, strengthening and detoxifying class that you take to your personal level. Instruction for all levels will be provided including modifications for advancement or taking it easy. Power Vinyasa:
A high-energy class, syncing up one breathe to one pose. A fun an challenging class that will create space in the body and leave you feeling energized, powerful and light. This class will promote strength, endurance and flexibility. (Students new to yoga: we recommend you take at least 3 Beginners or All Level Vinyasa Flow classes before taking a Power class.)

Vinyasa Flow | All Levels:
Open to all levels from beginners to the most advanced. This multi-leveled class is based on an invigorating and energizing flow that you take to your personal level. Instructions for all levels will be provided including modifications for advancement or taking it easy. Join us for a class that is all about you and where you need to go today. This class will promote strength, endurance, and flexibility. The class structure will vary based on the instructor. Classes may have music. Duration: 60/75 minutes

Pilates Mat:
This an all level class in Pilates mat work for all those new to method or experienced. Class will include the principles of the Pilates method of body conditioning and the concepts of alignment, breath and control will be learned, as will all of the beginning mat exercises. No prior knowledge of Pilates is required.
Core | All Levels:
Class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Class is designed to create stability and strength throughout the entire core using isometric training, modified yoga and pilates moves. Focuses on (and firms!) hips, glutes, shoulders, and abs. Duration: 60 minutes

Beginner's Flow:
Open to all levels. A slower paced vinyasa flow class with particular emphasis on the foundations of postures and alignment for common yoga poses. This is a good place to learn the basic poses of yoga and pranayama (breathing), and become comfortable with yoga. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and jump start your practice. Detailed instruction, adjustments and modifications for advancement or taking it easy are given.

Gentle Yoga:
A gentle-paced yoga class for all consisting of a standing and a floor series. A stretching, strengthening and detoxifying class with some simple breathing exercises.

Restorative-Yin Yoga:
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and revitalizing practice that encourages rest and resets the body, mind and spirit. Deep relaxation is achieved when the body feels it is in a nurturing and supportive environment. This class uses props to support the body while relieving the effects of chronic stress and tension. Great for students of all levels, this class is great for those feeling stressed, recovering from injury or looking to for a great weekly compliment to your athletic training or more strenuous asana practice.

Kids Yoga:
Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's noncompetitive. Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. Doing yoga, children exercise, play, and connect more deeply with the inner self.
